I'm actually leaning up right now... I'm down around 190 lbs from about 200 at those pics...
Whats wierd is that, my chest is definitely not weak... I've done sets with 100 lbs dumbells on flat bench before.... I think my chest might consist mostly of slow twitch fibres tho... Think i might try hitting it with sets of 10 or something....
Oh yea.. the nipple ring fuckin killed... I dunno what the hell i was thinking
