Got some pics from the end of my bulk

Big difference picture to picture, It won't let me reply in the other thread for some gay ass reason so I will make my reply here, as you said in the other thread you need to work on your chest. I suggest some more incline movements and dumbell exercises.


I didn't see what you are doing now but next time you bulk you should do something like this:

Incline Barbell Press:3x8-6-4

Flat Flyes: 3x8-6-4

Dumbell Press:3x8-6-4

Incline Dumbell Press:3x8-6-4

12 sets works every part of the chest, I left out flat bench because dumbells will be better for adding size, barbell uses other muscles besides pecs. Or if your looking for some less volume more intensity I would suggest corns routine or DC's. Goodluck
 
I'm actually leaning up right now... I'm down around 190 lbs from about 200 at those pics...
Whats wierd is that, my chest is definitely not weak... I've done sets with 100 lbs dumbells on flat bench before.... I think my chest might consist mostly of slow twitch fibres tho... Think i might try hitting it with sets of 10 or something....
Oh yea.. the nipple ring fuckin killed... I dunno what the hell i was thinking

I hope I can make as good as gains as you, I want to try for atleast 10lb LBM but my fat will go pretty high, I am an endomorph and I gain fat really easy and really fast.
 
I can gain fat REALLY easy too... I don't have too much trouble stripping it off though...
Based on my pictures which body type would you place me in?
I'm thinking I'm a cross between a mesomorph and a bit of endo...

If your endo cobin, I bet you'll be able to pack on muscle just as easy as fat... Just make sure you eat really clean.... the bulk that I just finished I made sure I ate everything in friggen site...
That first picture was taken 2 years ago, just before I fucked my shoulder... so I basically started from scratch in march this year... but like I said.. Muscle memory is unbelievable... not only did I put all my old muscle back on... I've packed on a good 10-15 lbs on top of it, naturally...

You can do it!

Now... time to rape my pecs in the gym today :)

Thanks, I am not worried about fat gain at this point anymore, aslong as it brings muscle I won't mind the fat at all. I think we have almost the same body type, I shed fat quite easily. I am going to have some before and some after pics with some measurements, starting monday giving myself another week to get over this cold.
 
Actually, you know whats funny cobin, when i saw your pictures i kinda thought the same thing... your frame looks a lot like mine....
Yea.. the fat will come off like it was never there once your finished bulking... pack in on and then ditch the flab for summer and you'll be set...
I intend on bulking for 2 months again after xmas... just a lot cleaner the second time around..
