Got questioned by a Detective...sex offense?

About 3 weeks ago, me and 3 other guys had sex with this girl, who was my classmate at my college. I was the guy who brought the girl to my friend's place. To make it short, we all engaged in sexual intercourse on her one by one, till the last guy. We also received oral sex from her. The girl was not intoxicated, or did she say "no" to our advances. Honestly was she enjoying the sex from all of us. Everything seemed cool afterwards, even when I dropped her back home. Last week I got a questioned by a detective in the police department in my area, in concern to her, and the whole sex situation. This girl is 20 years old. I am 20, my bro was 17 that day(a day before his 18th bday), my friend is also 17, and my cousin is 20. I don't see how we did anything wrong towards the sex laws in California. If anything she did wrong by having casual sex with my younger brother and friend, because they are minors. No one forced her into having sex, and honestly it was all about casual sex. I was the first one to be questioned. My bro, friend, and cousin are scheduled to be question by the detective next week. What do you guys think of this situation? Does it sound like she could make a case out of this? I'm thinking this girl is trying to get money out if this, for the reason of personal injury or damage. I can't believe how shady this bitch is. It was not worth it at all. She's actually at fault for having sex two minors. I need you're input on this, especially if you have a wide knowledge on laws, thanks.

I feel so sad for her....Can you imagine how that girl felt once you dropped her off at home and she was alone with the fact that she just willingly let 4 guys have sex with her? My heart is heavy just thinking about it.

Maybe to keep from going insane, or just to be able to look at herself in the mirror she convinced herself that she was forced.

Call a lawyer.

In CA the statutory rape laws say a person over the age of 18 cannot have sex with someone under the age of 18... or it is statutory rape... but this is considering that the sex of the females part is CONSENTUAL...

With NO other facts, she could make a case for sexual assualt or rape. But there are other factors at play here. Which is why you have to speak with a lawyer.

What's so sad about it, if it was a guy getting laid by 4 women most people would be saying what a lucky guy. Double Standards. What if she had sex with 4 guys in a month? She just got them all at one time, no big deal. Although I wouldn't want it to be my daughter.

no offence intended if im being a little crass here but

she was an adult. the sex was consensual. while i might feel some sympathy for her if she felt embarrased by the consequences of her actions they were the actions of AN ADULT. period.

The judicial system is

1. more in favor of whoever gets to them first
2. will side with a woman over a man on issues of sex or violence

She did both. Get a lawyer fast. If you're lucky, you may be able to prosecute for harassment or false charges if she is lying or angry.

1) Did she know what she was getting into before you bought her there? If you bought her there, and suprised her with your friends you may very well have pushed her into it.
2) What did you talk about on the drive home? I`d say this is very important. If she wasn`t responsive, she probably felt very used, and if you did not tell her there would be 3 other guys, then you guys were very much in the wrong. And I can easily see a rape charge being brought against you.
3) This is a double standard in a sense. If this happend to a guy, I would have said he should not have let them pressure him into it. Call me sexist, but that`s the way I see it. The emotional state of a guy and a girl would be very different under the same situation.
4) If she was well aware of what she was getting into, and after the fact changed her mind. Then she`s really a b!tch. I wouldn`t have had anything to do with a girl who was willing to do this. But that is beside the point. Women who fasley accuse people of rape should suffer a VERY severe penelty. I`d say this is almost as bad as when a guy actually rapes a girl. The emotional and social damage that can be done is very real. Women should not be let off if they do this.

The detective told me after he questioned her, and then me, our stories were consistent. Meaning we had the same exact story. He said she didn't say anything that differed from my side of the story. I'm waiting to see what new news comes out of this. If she deicides to press charges, i'm gonna get a lawyer for sure. Also I didn't plan the whole 4 guys train on her, my original plan was to have sex with her by myself.
