Got a question for yall. I read all over the net that if your overall mass goes up, your arms generally get bigger. How true is this? Any good advice on bigger arms?

Generally yes because while doing other heavy compount movements the arms get a great deal of work on their own. Doesn't mean you still can't further incourage their growth by hitting them directly however.
 
I agree with this logic.. most people say that for every 10 lbs. of muscle you gain your arms will increase an inch. This may not be 100% true but I agree with it for the most part.

I agree with the above.I rarely do direct arm work,and as a result, my arms have grown considerably.I still find it necessary to include some direct arm work during a few training cycles however.
