Good weight for 5'10"

Depends on your bone structure and goals.

I'm your height and I've been upwards of 240. I much prefer a lean 200 with a good strength base. I do not have BBing genetics so I choose performance and looking good necked over mass.

You could pull off 275+ at 10% if the genetics are there. I'd say realistically a lean 185-225 would be ideal for BBing/strength training enthusiasts at our height.

What is a respectable weight for a 5'10" male, assuming 10% body fat?

Im about 5'11" and for my body type i think 195-215 would be a good look. I dont like too much mass on an average height person such as myself. I was weighing 248, almost 250lb and i didn't like it at all. I look like an inside nfl linebacker. A tone look is better, low bodyfat, muscle definition is perfect. I think reggie bush(new orleans saints) have the idea muscle for a person our height.

I'd shoot for 200, lean.

205 @ 6'3 with abs is about the best I've done. I'm more like 215-220ish not dieting down. Lean enough to look good but nothing crazy.

5'10, your tall enough to weigh out at 250 and not look like a tool.

i am 5 10 at 203 currently with 18 inch arms and i dont really look or feel big. my bodyfat is also at about 11 i would say. it depends on bone size and muscle definition. i have veins on my abs yet my arms are not overly defined. 18 would look massive on people with a smaller frame but not for me
