Good supplement for knee pain?

I have some knee issues whenever I do physical activity. I was wondering if anybody here could recommend a good joint support or bone support for my knees.

thanks

Glucosamine has worked well for me. You can get two large bottles at Costco for like $40 too. Works well for me but takes a good two weeks to start noticing.

I used forged joint repair for six mnths non stop due to an injury while doing squats I got distracted because of some jackass kid at my gym.
I have no problem in my knees & have started squatting again without any pain.

Glucosamine works great for me. Takes about two weeks to notice it. And you can buy it in bulk at Costco. Cheap and effective. I also eat tons of EFA's and concentrate on form as much as possible and glucosamine was the only thing to help. Only shitty thing is once you stop taking it the pain comes back.
