1/2-1 oz. almonds/walnuts/peanuts (there's a spiced nut recipe in the Recipe Thread in the Women's Forum YUM!)
1-2 tblsp. ANPB + apple or rice cake(s)
Cottage cheese + sunflower kernels or slivered almonds
Low carb/Whole Wheat wrap with chicken/turkey + veggies (Trader Joes' sells some that are 50 cals, 8g carb, 2g fiber that are good) or with PB & SF Jelly
Protein smoothie
Veggies dipped in hummus or Greek Yogurt with spices mixed in (check the recipe thread in the Women's Forum for some healthier versions)
