Did them for the first time yesterday...real light to get my form. No opinion of them yet.

Is it a love/hate thing with them?

I first tried seated....don't know if I cared for them...didn't feel like I could get low enough....after watching your vids I realized I didn't have my legs spread far enough apart.

I then did standing, knees bent, back straight. Felt much better, but I seemed to get allot of stares in the gym....I didn't think my form was too far off.

:lmao:

Sadly, I think it's just a weekend seminar and $350 these days.

The worst looks I ever "felt" in the gym were for arched back pull-throughs.

What kind of weight are you supposed to use on these? (for instance what % of your squat.) I know you need to start low and work your way up, but is there some goal you should be trying for?

Rojas, I use these to guage my carry over to squat. I use about what I squat. So on the chain suspended 36" ones, that's about 430 pounds.

Ironlion...I don't think that's it. Project gets the looks too. :lmao:
