Drinking my and gonna hit the stairmaster in a bit.
Rest day from lifting today, but gonna hit the tracks later on today and run some stairs, sprints, pulling the tire, lunges across the football field....etc.
same plan right down to the stair master lol, oh yea and count me out on that tire pull I saw your pic of that and its tooooooo damn hot for me to even think about that one your a super star woman!!!!!!!! no weights today here either I am all out of parts to train till Friday lol have a great day!
