good cutting diet

okay the first time i posted this in the wrong forum so maybe its a good idea to put it over here...

can anyone recomend a good cutting diet, and I'm talking about really good cutting diet, i need to get lean fast.

I have some thermorexin, glucorell r, liporexin, etc to help myself out...

i'm 19, 225 lbs now already lost like 5 pounds but diet is what I need.

if possible I wanna eat 4 times a day not more then that and work out at around 4 every day, then later at night do sprints or just run around the lake which is about 3 miles cause I'm trying to get in shape for basketball... which is comming up pretty soon here.

I already got some protein also and some creatine which i'm planning on using after I lose some more fat.


any comments and suggestions will be much apreaciated

I cant function in my sport without carbs so a CKD is kinda out for me but i found keeping a 40/35/25 ratio (p/C/F) and eating low gi carbs only, 6 meals a day, seperating carbs and fats works for me, only time i have hi gi carbs is Post workout
 
BA, fair enough, I wish I had a dollar for every person I speak to who thinks they can be healthy, let alone have an impressive body eating 3 or 4 meals a day.
 
i wish people would use a search button, even if you're non-plat you'd get 5 referenced searches.....not to mention the STICKIES specifically addressing the issue of fat loss, hell there's even a formula provided...all you need is to find your meals (foods) and structure them around your activities..
 
hmmmm okay i'm starting to get this but the thing is that my classes are in such bad time they gonna interefere with my diet so thats why i thought eating 4 times would give less to worry about finding food in between classes but anways I think i can manage it somehow.
but thanks for the info that CKD is really really gonna help me, thats exactly what i was looking for cause i didnt know what exactly to eat but that site should sum it up.
here is what i was thinking

around 8am- wake up go jogging come back eat something

1130 eat something before class.

2 classes later eat something more from the ckd
approved list. now its around 2:30.

another class till 330 i think(classes start on monday for me) so i still got time to glance and what classes im takin but from what i remmeber i think thats it.

so now its 3:30- eat something go work out

so now its around 630 and im done working out.
eat another meal or drink some protein shake and thats 5 meals right there... hmm eat something before going to bed at around 8?

6 meals. you guys think thats enaugh cause I really dont know where I could fit few more meals in there.. unless i eat before I go running in the morning but I was trying to do morning runs with empty stomach...

aright so any suggestions?

Sounds like a good way to make your body hoard fat....

In my humble opinion, fat should make up at least 25% of total calories. Minimum!!
