I hate sprinting, always have, however, when I woke up this morning I actually thought about sprinting up and down the road. I did pilates instead. The thought of morning sprints is in my brain and it's only a matter of time before the thought travels to my legs and they make go out there anyway.
Instead of just running and sprinting on a treadmill or power walking on a treadmill or using an elyptical what are some other things you can do for good cardio? I.e. is rollerblading good or surfing good for you? I hate doing cardio in a gym because to me it gets boring the millionth time around. Could you ladies please help me and give me some examples of other types of cardio to do to get a good workout in.
