Good bulk cycle?

Whats up bros. I want to do a good bulking cycle. I'm 5'11 and weight 170. I've done a cycle every winter for two years. The first was moderate dosages of deca and dbol, the second was a 30mg of dbol ed for 4 weeks, Test 400 and low dosages of eq for 8 weeks (a terrible cycle with only moderate gains)

I'm looking for more size and am considering doing this ten week cycle, and planning another cycle 10 weeks later.

wk 1-6 dbol 40mg ed
wk 1-10 Test 750mg per week
wk 1-10 Deca 400mg per week

I always recover with clomid three weeks after last shot, and take arimidex eod throughout. Is this good enough for this cylce?
How long should I wait before doing a second cycle?
What is a good cycle to run, assuming I gain and keep on at least 20lbs?
 
time on equals time off. i like to take a little more than that, and i get better results. but my partner never really comes off, and gets good results. i think for health reasons, you should take at least as long as your cycle was.
 
You've done a cycle every winter for two years and still weight 170 lbs ? Bro, wait. Obviously you arent ready for that. 750mg is far too much for you. Same thing concerning dbols.

Something is wrong with your diet and/or your training. Try to fix that first.
 
This is true-- I'm only 172 lbs. I started a little young while I was still growing. Should have waited till older, but now I'm in it to win it. My first cycle- I only weighed 145, and was 18, gained 15 lbs, second when 19, gained 12 lbs. Had very mild cycles and with so much time spaced in between, its hard not to think I could get better results from one cycle, then a final cycle. I would like to put on 20, keep weight up for 10 weeks, take one more (not a huge bulker) and maintain somewhere around 190, 195. Any further suggestions?
 
This is my current cycle and I'm gaining more than I thoght I would. Remember, It's all in your diet

Test enathate 200mg x 2 per week(doing them with the prop injection)
Test Prop 75mg x 3 per week
Dbol 1 pill(5mg) every 3½ hour, amount depends on awake hours.

Diet:

75-80g carbs every 2½ hours
50g protein every 2½ hours
5g fat every 2½ hours

1 no carb meal = 15g fat + 40g protein

Remember it's not about eating X calories per day, but more about the frequence of the meals. Eat every 2-2½ hours, maybe more often depending on metabolism.
 
Thats a good idea--eating every 2 1/2 hours. I think I'm going to train harder and eat like I am on a cycle, and I bet I could gain ten pounds before I start a cycle.
Thanks for advice. Any ideas for a folllow up cycle after a bulker? Iv'e used dbol, deca, and test before, so any suggestions for a future cycle after a bulker would be appreciated just to have in mind. Thanks.

Better would be:

Day 1: 250mg Testo Ent. 200mg Deca
Day 4: 250mg Testo Ent. 200mg Deca

Then every week 250mg Test and 200mg -250mg Deca.

Cycle should be about 12-14 Weeks long.

14weeks: Deca until week 10 and Testo until week 11-12

Forget D-Bol, if you really want to use them then only 2 weeks with max. 20mg/day !

Postcycle starts in week 14 with initial 300mg Clom, then 50mg each day for 3weeks.

Always use Creatin, well, not while using D-Bol.

Also take 100-150 mg REAL zinc /day
and buy some anti-estro. if you need them.
 
so thats 3 injections per week? You think 600-650 deca weekly, and only 20mg per day fot two weeks? How is this better than my first plan? thanks.
 
Did you guys realized it's his 3rd cycle and he's still stuck at 5'11, 170lbs ? Am I the only one to see something wrong here ?
