Welp, aside from doin' 10 shots of Vodka or smokin' a big J'...try this...
Maybe a lot of you guys and gals already know about this, but I figured why not post it. I've been havin' trouble sleepin' (mostly stress from deadlines at work I think) as of late. I didn't want to take Melatonin because everytime I have, I've always awoke the next morning groggy for about 2 or 3 hours. So I asked my doc', and he suggested Chamomille (sp) tea. All natural herbal tea you get basically anywhere. Made a cup at about 10:00 last night...was out like a light at about 10:30. Got 8 1/2 hours of sleep last night and felt great when I woke up. About freakin' time! Since sleep is so important for training, thought I would pass this little tid bit along in case anyone out there didn't know about it. Later!
