Going with Deca at 250mg twice a week

Interested in doing some Deca and going at 250mg twice a week for 500mg total. I'm around 6' tall. I'm 90kg and I'm looking to put on some moderate bulk. Do you think that at 14% body fat this is a good dosage along with 200mg of testosterone for 12 weeks? Or should I do something else?

When it comes to DECA I would never go over 400 mg a week. I think 250 is a sweet spot. Stack a little testosterone and proviron with it and you'll be good.

Don't forget about the option with NPP. That's what I like about domestic supply. You can get Deca or NPP from them. They have different ester options. Make sure you use Beligas or Pharmaqo.

Deca is the GOAT if you want bulking and appetite increases. It's one of the best. I highly recommend it. It's one of my favorites of all time.

Here is how I would run this:
- Testosterone 200 mg a week
- Deca 300 mg a week
- Proviron 50 mg a day

Bros that got really good with some sustanon. You can run them both for 15 weeks. Do 300 mg of each. You can also increase it a little bit and do the sustanon at 500 mg if you want.
