how to use deca and proviron together seems to be a big mystery. I’ve seen so many options out there. For my situation I’m 40 years old. I want to go on a bulking mission. I’m 82kg and goal is 100+. how much proviron would I need to use along with 400mgs of deca per week?

What gear have you used in the past? You don't need 400mg/wk deca.
200mg/wk test
150mg/wk deca
25-50mg/day proviron
AI on hand
You can add in anadrol later in the cycle when lifts stall.
Food, training and genetics will determine your results. Drugs are a very small part. More does not mean more results, it just means more sides and diminishing returns.
