I know a lot of people gain weight on holiday but I have a very fast metabolism and if I miss one meal I will lose weight, so when going on holiday what shall I do? I will not be training and I want to relax but I will never be able to eat as good while I'm away and if I loose say, 7lbs I will then have to spend a month getting that lost weight back.....BUT I want a non bodybuilding holiday as I have to have a life as well.
Does anybody have any ideas as how to minimize the losss of weight? What does everybody else do? Do you all still take all your vits etc as well?
