Going on holiday but worried I'll loose weight...please advise?

I know a lot of people gain weight on holiday but I have a very fast metabolism and if I miss one meal I will lose weight, so when going on holiday what shall I do? I will not be training and I want to relax but I will never be able to eat as good while I'm away and if I loose say, 7lbs I will then have to spend a month getting that lost weight back.....BUT I want a non bodybuilding holiday as I have to have a life as well.
Does anybody have any ideas as how to minimize the losss of weight? What does everybody else do? Do you all still take all your vits etc as well?

There is your answer right there. Relax, enjoy and have fun. This is why you are going on vacation. No need to stress over calories. When you come back you will be all pumped up and energized and will have killer workouts.
 
Means to an end ... if you don't want to lose 7 pounds, then discipline yourself. You can have fun/relax and watch your diet at the same time

Ok I was being a jackass

First of all even if you were to lose 7 lbs. in a week, it would most likely be half fat/half muscle.

Second of all, you would have to be eating 0 calories. Unless you weight 400 pounds like I said.. then that is possible
 
I understand that some of it is fat/water and a little muscle...guess I'm worrying too much, I'm just gonna enjoy myself... :)
 
there ya go! much better attitude.

if you're really THAT worried. pack 3 protein bars per day you are going to be gone. it may cost you $30, but hey, at least it's worth the peace of mind.

keep calories and carbs at a moderatly low level. Since you wont be training,you wont need them.Keep protein intake as high as possible to keep muscle loss at a minimum
