They're also good sliced like fries or scalloped and fried up with some olive oil, cajun seasoning and possibly onions (onions are pretty high GI though). You can also oven roast them the same way.

Sweet Pot are the perfect postworkout food...........while Yams are the perfect carb source for any other time of the day.....toss out the bread and rice and jump on these........Oats, yams and Sweet Pot.......my only carbs!
Although, I wouldnt mind having a peanut butter protein bar late night as my daily reward for an intense train, but I'm not sure how it will effect my diet.........
Sweet potato salad, Boil them and cut them into cubes, add oil(optional) and vinigar. Slice some garlic and place in the bowl, and toss the confection together, fucking awesome.
