Not sure what the motives were with sending boob shots, but sounds to me like she just wanted to push the boundaries with her male friend, but then felt stupid and guilty so she admitted her mistake.
Dude, no biggie...she didn't cheat on you...she messed up and was sorry. We all make mistakes.

This type of behavior shows poor judgement, a pattern of attention-seeking from the opposite sex, a disregard of your SO's feelings, and an overall lack of responsibility.
I'm not saying that this one incident is a tell-all glimpse into his girl's mind, but you would be a fool to dismiss it as "no biggie".

There is no excuse for what she did, who cares what the guy asked for. She had the ball in her court and she could have told him no. IMO even discussing such a thing, in a work enviroment too boot, would have me wondering what the hell is going on there. That was very unprofessional on everyones part.
