What is a good rule of thumb or guide on what your Measurements should be for doing a physique competition? I had originally posted about wanting to do a fitness comp until I started to do a little more research. I do see that in the further future but I would like to legit do a competition in the next 6-9 months so I think physique is a good start. I'm 5' 10" and not sure what to shoot for as far as goal measurements. One thing I'm not sure is good or bad is I have a wide bone structure. On the good side it tapers nicely and I have long legs but my rib cage and hip bones are bigger.
