ok ladies and gents. i just finished a very successful cycle, gained 23lbs and as expected gained a little midsection in the process (still only at 11% though). i start pct next week and i'm also starting a loading phase in the dual factor 5x5 program. my plans are this:
mon/wed/fri - 5x5 (squats, bench, rows, OH press, deads, cleans only + accessories)
tue/thur/sat/sun - serious HIIT cardio and serious ab work (i'm talking 'bout dragon flags, exercise ball, decline twists, weighted planks, etc)
my diet has been pretty good i think....my averages from fitday for the past month:
cals - 3550
fat - 93 (24 sat, 25 poly, 43 mono)....23%
carb - 386 (35 fiber)........................40%
prot - 290......................................33%
alcohol - 9 (woo hoo)........................2%
i will be taking stimulants like ECA, Trex & similiar to assist.....
now all you good people who have successfully gone down 3%+ in six weeks, help me out here.....the problem is i need to keep carbs and proteins relatively high in these weeks since i'm in pct.....so where should i aim my fat percentage at? should i be spot on EVERY DAY at around 10% or lower? and i know i should be in calorie deficit, but i'm worried i'll lose my gains if i do that......???
i actually have quite a bit muscle in my abs/obliques, but my skin isn't tight enough for them to be popping out like crazy.....i know i may still be holding water and i'm all about AIFM/letro during pct so i know that should help.....
what else should i really be zoned in on for this to work? i want to be more focused on this goal than i did during my cycle.....my goal is to have "fairly noticeable" abs in 6 weeks....so i really just need to tighten my skin out and lose that "last bit"
