I was wondering if this stuff is ok to buy because i usually see it sitting on the self and you all say the stuff needs to be in a cold place, so whats the deal?
it only needs to be refrigerated after its opened. the GNC brand doesnt taste bad either, i take it like cough syrup and there are many brands out that would cause me to vomit taking it this way.
