the truth...
the real truth is that it doesnt matter..
as long as there is a calorie deficite..people will loose weight.
but there is one problem...is it muscle or fat?
the body burns carbs, then fat, then protein.
each body is different so you will get many conflicting opinions about what is best to do. it also depends when you workout...morning, mid., or night.
the best thing to do is follow a plan where one would workout(thus taking energy out of the body) and in the refuel stage(within 2 hours after a workout) replenish the body with the right vits. + mins.
after a workout, it should be high protein(to rebuild muscle), small carbs(to carry the protein to the muscle and give a small bit of energy back), and little to no fat.
you are what you eat-so eat right and the gains will come
