Glucosamine Chondroitin users give me an answer.

Glucosamine and MSM have done for me Wonders!!!! I start noticing around the 2nd month or so. I had tendonities on my knees when I use to play football and started Gluco and MSN went away and no rest need it!!. Is great give it a try
 
so what are suggested dosages for GC and for MSM? and how much gelatin (or jello) should one eat? Radar?

I had great luck using Glucosamine and Chondroitin. For the first week or so I always load up on it, doing at least double the reccomended dosage. I use the largest dosage available, i cant recall its size now. Also found that you need, in my opinon and others, to use the SULFATE form of each. I tried the HCL version and it did nothing for me. I usually feel the effects after just the first week of usage!
 
I took it for 6 months before i noticed any significant reduction in joint pain. It works for me, just takes a while.
