GK/SARMS Stack Log-Primobol Dex,LetroZone,Oxandrovar

Hello brothers, I am starting a log for the cycle I will be running. Im very excited and have high expectations. Plan is:
1-4 Primobol Dex 2 caps a day
1-12 LetroZone
1-12 N2Guard
1-12 clear liver support (tudca and nac supplement)
1-14 GW501516 Cardarine 20mg a day
1-12 S4 50mg a day first 2 weeks, then 60mg next 2, and up to 75mg
1-12 LGD4033 10mg a day
5-12 HCGenerate
7-12 OxandroVar 2 caps a day for first 3 weeks, then possibly bumping up to 3 depending on any sides, etc.

PCT 13-16

Clomid 50/50/25/25
Natty Test booster (unleashed/postcycle, test stack rx, or hcgenerate es.. have not decided yet.)
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD
N2Guard
Clear liver support
Ostarine 25mg a day

My stats are:
6'5", 205 lbs, ~12%bf, 24 yo. This is my second PH cycle. Ran helladrol earlier this year for 6 weeks with good results..gained 10 lbs and kept 5. My goals for this are recomp style. Trying to gain as much lean muscle as possible while keeping my body fat the same or going a little lower.

A special thanks to Hurricane and GK Prohormones for the hook up and opportunity to log Primobol Dex. Included will be a current photo. I will take another after the 4th week to show my results with Primobol and another photo at the end to show my overall gains.

Cycle looks great bro, and it should give so,e incredible results. I like the idea of using Primoboldex as a kicker and Oxandrovar on the back end. However I would consider making the Oxandrovar on the back end just 4 weeks at 2 caps instead of 6. That's a lot of oral toxicity with only a 3 week break in between. Everything else looks great. I will be following

Thanks Rick.. that's a good suggestion. I'm basically following Dylan's set up. I don't want to over do it so 4 weeks is a good option. I forgot to mention that I'll be adding tudca to my stack as well..

Workout felt great. Good pump, great energy, and very focused. Strength felt solid and was really able to squeeze out the last couple reps with ease. The downside was that it was cut short because my gym decided to close early..at fucking 6pm. Very irritating.. ill have to make up for the few missed sets tomorrow.

Just wanted to throw up a quick update..Gym has been closed the last 2 days for cleaning. I have gained 3 pounds so far. Body fat has stayed the same, if not decreased slightly. Still absolutely zero side effects

Did some high volume training today focusing on the negative side of the reps.. just a change up from the normal routine. Great pump!

Other than DB curls I've never been able to get myself to focus on body parts with isolation exercies. Your training routine/split has me intrigued me.

I posted some progress pics a few days ago.. I'll be posting more in about a week when the primobol is done. I've really been focusing on a mind/muscle connection with the iso exercises. .i get a great pump from it and I swear it's been helping my compound movements as well.

No problem.. it can be a bit hard to really see the increases with all the numbers I've been logging. This puts it in a little better perspective.

Well I just finished up my 30 days of primoboldex. I gained a total of 5 lbs while keeping my body fat the same or slightly lower. my strength increased pretty huge! I will post up some after pics and also a couple more graphs very soon. I would love to run the primo at 6 weeks next time.. i feel like it would really shine at that length.

Do you ever squat?!
Lol just hacks usually.. normal squats kill my knees. Bad knees run in the family unfortunately. Something I could work on I guess, but in the past I couldn't get enough weight on without it fucking with them. I seemed to make better gains with hack squats, leg press, etc.
 
Heavy Bag workout today.. superset heavy bag with pull ups and push ups.<br />

I did shoulders, abs, and cardio today.. workout was good, but after about 3/4 of a mile on the treadmill calf pumps got so bad I had to stop. Not sure if it was the ox or i just need to increase my water intake. I read that taurine is good for helping with pumps. Any thoughts?

anytime you take a methylated oral or pro hormone, pumps are always going to be one of the main side effect issues... double dose taurine and keep your water intake up... it will definitely help but its just something that comes with the territory as well... you can push through and the taurine will help you...
