GK and Sarms Cycle

Okay I am going to give this a shot:

This is my 3rd cycle on PHs and 2nd on sarms.

1-4 GK Primo Dex 2 caps
7-12 GK Ox 2 caps
7-12 GW 20 mg ED (until empty)
1-12 LGD 10mg ED
1-12 S4 50mg ED
1-12 LiqDex 2ml EOD
1-12 N2guard ED
6-12 HCGenerate (until empty)
1-8 RS Trans
Creatine
C4 extreme pre workout

PCT 13-16 or longer
Clomid 50
LiqArmo 10 - 12 mg
N2guard
MK 25 mg
Unleash/PCT comb set

Goal is to drop some weight/fat, but main goal is to gain as much strength as possible to hit 500lb bench.

Running: at least 4 times a week..... 5k before workout
Day 1 chest / tri
Day 2 Shoulders/ bic
Day 3 chest/ tri
Day 4 back/ bic
Day 5 whole body circuit / Abs

Started LDG about 10 days before (4-1-14) the first dose of Primo Dex which was today. I can feel some calf pump when I am running, but I just push through it. I kind of hurt my shoulder early last week maxing out to get and accurate measurement on bench (425 lbs), so I am taking it easy on the chest days and mainly doing dumbbells (100 lbs).

I will try to keep this log up to date with some calorie logs as well.

That setup looks pretty sweet bro, and this will deliver some amazing results. The GK prohormone line is no joke, and the synergy with the sarms will transform you with the right diet and training. Good luck. I will be watching

I have a good workout today but I was in a time crunch. I only did a 2mile run for my warm up then I went into my whole upper body workout. I am still nursing my shoulder, so I am doing high reps (5x10-15reps) per lift. Worked on chest: Dumbbells, crossovers (low & high); Triceps: kickbacks, straight ext, rope ext, one arm ext; biceps: hammer curl, preacher, cable curl; shoulders: lat/front cable raises, dumbbar raises. I had a really good pump in my triceps, biceps, and traps. I felt I could keep going with my sets. Truthfully I think I did 7 or 8 sets on tris and bics. I cant wait to feel the pump when Primo Dex and S4 kicks in... right now it just the LDG that is kicking.

I really just want concentrate on my upper body.. I did enough squats, power cleans, etc in college...lol.. I should do at least one leg day... It will help with overall strength gains. I'll think about it
 
Great looking cycle bro! I'm a powerlifter myself and always have believed a good bench goes hand in hand with a good squat. Believe it or not but legs are a part of the bench. Shoulders will take a beating. Be wise and contemplate how you train. Lifting for strength and power is a different animal. A coach is always helpful and joining a team, if your not already, will up your game. Any questions just ask. Good luck bro!

Life got busy sorry for no updates the last few days:

I took steve advice and started doing legs at least one time during the week... let me say "Ouch" I had some trouble getting off the toliet this morning my hamies are sore. The squats kicked my ass!! I do not have any side effects from the S4 as of yet.. .might bump it up to 75mg. I dont not feel any different with the use of Primo yet but its only been few days. If it is like other PHs then it will take a couple weeks to feel the affects of it. Today I am going to kill my Tric and chest and get a good run (3 to 4miles at a easy/medium pace) in to loosen up my body from my leg day.

I have not found a powerlifting coach in the area as of yet...

do push/pull/legs. I have a setup in the lifting section as a sticky .. it will pay off.

yes give the primobol more time, its a very good compound, you will deff get something from it.
 
Okay.. Today was a break through day for the Primo (taking 2 pills a day)... I was getting worried about the effectiveness of the product, but not anymore. I felt great in the gym and had some rock hard pumps with a ton more veins showing on my arms and upper shoulders (it might be from the S4, not sure).. Primo took about 7 days for it to kick in for me and that is easily week to week and half faster than Helladrol. I once again took Steve advice about the push, pull, leg routine... I started the routine with the idea of running 4 miles, but ended up running 3.3 miles before I start my lifts.. I did push yesterday and today it was all pull lifts.

Doing high reps with medium weight still due to shoulder pain (10-15 reps). Doctor gave me a couple of shots in my shoulder yesterday, so hopefully in a week I will feel like a new man.

Diet been slipping a little, so freaking hungry the last few days.. I think it due to the increase in cardio or maybe the LDG.

Anyways... will keep logging every couple of days and have a great EASTER.

It will be interesting to see when your Primo kicks in for you since you are starting LDG the same day, correct? I front load LDG before I started Primo by 10 days.
 
It a 10wk LGD cycle so ima start the primobol on the last 6 weeks
 
7 days is pretty quick for a ph to kick in... you generally don't start really seeing it for at least 10-14 days although that rule does not apply to anyone... just wait bro... that being said, running it with sarms is only going to further enhance it and get more out of it than you would expect... you should see some very nice gains... keep up the good work...
 
It might the LDG that is really shining but it feels different then LDG has been feeling so I thought it was the primo

Day 21 from the beginning of my sarms and Day 11 with Primo.... It was a push day for my lifts, but shoulder is still a little messed up still. Hoping to be pain feel in a few more days, so I am still in high rep mode. I am up to 75mg for the S4 now with no sides so far. LGD is at 10mg. I was feeling a little down today... not sure if it was due to Monday or the PH. Maybe a little mad that I can flat bench or do cable cross due to my shoulder.

Workout:
Ran 3 miles (1mile at 5.5, 2nd mile at 6- 6.5, and 3rd at 6.5-8 at the last lap)
walked 1/2 for a cool down at 15 degree incline

It was a good day at the GYM!! It was one of those days that you started working out and then you looked up and 2 hours have past like its only been 30 minutes. Had some good pumps in the muscle groups that I was using. It was a Pull day so I did a lot of back and arms.

2230 is my goal which should create weight loss but still be able gain strength, but I haven't seen too much weight loss.. maybe muscle is take that up and lossing fat... I think that is going on...
 
10% under maintenance wit the right macros and you should lose weight for sure and keep muscle mass

you need to get your bf% measured.. you cant go by weight bro.
 
Bro how's the shoulder? Do you know what kind of injury it was? Sorry didn't get back to your pm. How's the joints feel? Are the other body parts feeling dried out or stiff? I know that's a lot of questions but may be able to help guide you. Also GET a quality massage from a qualified therapist. Have them work on that shoulder for a whole hour. I go to a massage therapist who most of her clients are active in mma so you may find someone like that experienced in sports injuries. K bro

Its all good, the scale lies alot.You can stay the same weight and drop a good deal of bf%, especially when hitting the gym hard and even more so, when adding anabolic compounds to it.

The doctor believes/saw through an x-ray it has arthritis in the joint, but it looks like an old tear or calcium build up on one of my tendons. I told him to give me a shot first and see how the shot makes my should feel and then maybe later I will get an MRI if it does not feel better. It feels better but it hurt doing 225 straight bar bench (usually workout with 350 or 375).. which pissing me off.... If I use dumbbells around 75-90lbs it does not hurt so I will stick with them for awhile longer. when I ran on the treadmill (usually 3 miles) my ankles and knees hurt, but I just push through the pain (does not stick around after workout). I blame them on my crappy shoes that I have been wearing. I will looking into a massage.

I have not found BF% checker.. and I don't believe in the weight scales that supposedly tells you your BF%... it taking your BMI and saying blalalallalalal.

Still doing Steve's push, pull, and leg day routine. The primo dex has not given the pump as much as helladrol did so I will take 3 pills a day, but I need to tighten my belt up and my shirts are loser around the mid-sec/tighter around my shoulders and chest which are positives.

Hey bro, sorry to hear about the pain. I've been there and so have many of us. It's true you can work through the pain but be very careful not to hurt yourself further. Sometimes a break is needed or just going with light weights or alternative lifts is beneficial at this time for you. The weight will come in your lifts, just be patient. If your treating your body like a sorts car or machine it just doesn't work that way and if so you may put yourself on the sidelines indefinitely!!!!! So be careful! One alarm that I recognize is the rest of your joints stiff or with pain. If you have access to getting bloods drawn maybe you can check your estrogen level. We need that estrogen especially in power lifting... With out it you'll feel like an old man haha no really one time got my estrogen real low and wasn't pleasant. Remember there's no magic pill, learn to listen to your body now stay healthy and you'll be just fine.

Almost over this damn spring flu..coughing and hacking up junk, but I went to the gym. Right now I am taking 3 Primo dex, 100mg s4, 20mg GW (just started-got into my wife products for that one..lol), creatine, and LDG just ran out (lasted 30days).It was a leg day for me. I was pretty happy with my workout. I got my mind straight right after I got done with my running and told myself, " I am going to kill my legs and you better be ready." I did a quick 2 mile ran then went straight into my leg workout. I had some pretty bad leg pumps, but I am thinking that I was going at a good speed, 7.5 up to 9 for most of the time, was the cause of it.

Lifts:
Stright leg dead lift- 5x10x315
hip slide-------------- whatever 20plates plus slide is 5x10x? (I wanted to put a person on top of it like the lifting magazines/20 plates was not that hard wish I had a spotter to push up the weights)
one leg hip slide---- 5x6x200 or 220? (machine stack)
leg ext---------------- 5x8x240
leg curls-------------- 5x10x130.. last one to failure
caf ext----------------5xfailure x ? (think110)

let me tell ya I am cramping up tonight.. my cafs and hams are quick to cramp with a wrong movement... Drinking a ton of water to help with the cramps.

I would love to find a good weight lifting gym in my area... the only thing I have is the local YMCA, Planet Fitness, and a high school.

I had some pretty bad leg pumps, but I am thinking that I was going at a good speed, 7.5 up to 9 for most of the time, was the cause of it.

Stright leg dead lift- 5x10x315
hip slide-------------- whatever 20plates plus slide is 5x10x? (I wanted to put a person on top of it like the lifting magazines/20 plates was not that hard wish I had a spotter to push up the weights)
one leg hip slide---- 5x6x200 or 220? (machine stack)
leg ext---------------- 5x8x240
leg curls-------------- 5x10x130.. last one to failure
caf ext----------------5xfailure x ? (think110)
abs-------------------- 5x25

let me tell ya I am cramping up tonight.. my cafs and hams are quick to cramp with a wrong movement... Drinking a ton of water to help with the cramps.

I would love to find a good weight lifting gym in my area... the only thing I have is the local YMCA, Planet Fitness, and a high school.
i like to do my workouts before cardio..I feel like my workouts suffer when cardio is done first.There are many other reason i prefer workouts first as well.

Try gatoraid for the cramps .When your body gets low on electrolytes ,you will start to experience cramps no matter how much water you drink.
 
I do like gatoride, but I dont like all the sugar and carbs it has in it. I feel at certain points of my workout running hinders it, but its a really good warm-up for my total body before I hit the weights. I got about a week left of the primo dex and then into Ox for my cutting cycle. If i could do the primo dex over I would use 3 pills right off the bat... that would make you buy two bottles for the cycle. I wonder if you could buy one bottle of primo dex and a extra bottle of Epi to increase that dosage to feel the pump and strength gain and not have to pay for the second bottle.. I am considering doing that for my Ox cycle... what do you guys think? I guessing I will need to do 3 pills of the Ox due to the similar compounds it has in it.... once again let me know what you think people.

Yesterday was a PUSH day and I killed my triceps and pecs. I think I went to heavy on bench, still recoverying from shoulder, but I could not help myself. I have not been able to straight bar bench forever. I had to stop at 315 with my reps, felt pain coming back in my shoulder, but I tell you my good arm was JACKED UP. I think if both arms were 100% I would of pushed over a freaken house. When I was benching my left arm (good arm) did not have a single strain or weak feeling when pushing the weight. I wish I could gauage my strength increase in bench... damn injury...

Try coconut water, nutritionally speaking it cannot be beat. Coconut water is the best possible thing you could drink intra workout and you can take it up a notch and add some BCAA's to it. I know a lot of people don't believe in BCAA's but I can't train without them, just my two cents.

i read a big article/study that they are not needed nor do they really helpout if you are getting enough protein, but i disagree.

I think they are very good for intraworkout. especially if you start to sip them 30/35/40min into the workout and there is cardio after lifting.

Yea, I got in the habit of training with BCAA's when I would cut and do my cardio after I lift. I don't care what ans study said, I know that they helped me preserve mass during my cardio session. Now, I use them intra workout regardless if I'm doing cardio. It's worth my 20-30$ a month to ease my mind. Plus most of them taste good.

depends on what your focus is.I can tell you 100% that for me lifting after a long cardio session, my strength and stamina suffers, no what what im on.And thats not even going into the effects it has on muscle gain, which is awhole different subject that has differnt views

Cardio will probably suffer a bit if you do weight first also.I mean whatever way you cut it, the human body can only handle so much before fatigue starts to set in, no matter what way you cut it

The BEST and i mean BEST way to do it.If you want maxium intensity with both cardio and lifting, is to do them different days or atleast do a split routine, where the time is scattered.
 
I give you credit bro you're staying hungry and consistent. That's great!! I agree with hurricane it depends on your goals and what you're trying to do. For me I tend to limit my after workout cardio sessions. For me I think you have to gauge where that overtraining mark is but not to worry your hard work and experience will be your teacher if anything. Just remember that to lift those heavy weights you also need the rest and recovery. Did you get your shoulder massaged yet? When I was active in mma and powerlifting that was the only thing that really would help. That was my experience. Also eat bro and fluids. Gotta get those carbs in especially if your gonna be hitting the cardio with training days. Carbs are your friends. Try some shoulder therapy exercises involving the smaller muscles groups. Yes that means lighter weights lol. All in all I like your intensity, focus, and consistency. Keep it up!!!!!
 
try doing early morning cardio or doing it before lifting... you will notice quite a bit of difference... stick with it bro... your going a great job so far... keep the good positive attitude and keep moving forward...
 
Okay brothers... Question for everyone, I have one more day with primo Dex and then I start Ox. Should just began with ,3 pills since its really close to the same products as primo? Or should I drop back to 2 pills again. The sweet spot for primo was 3 pills.

About a month... And no I was not going to rest due to the consumption of the primo dex... 3 pills a day instead of 2 pill takes alot of time off the entire cycle that was previously thought it would take.

sorry it has been a couple of busy days. today was my day off of lifting and running. I truly believe I needed a day off. I have been pushing my body really hard. I am on to OX at three pills a day. I found with primo Dex that was my sweet spot so I kept it up with the OX. I am also taking GW and S4 on cycle. What I feel from taking OX is a lot more ... Tightness, Body heat... I am sweating a ton. It is leaning me out.. by no means I am like Dylan body shape but for I can tell. The aas or Gw is allowing to spend 2 hours and longer without feeling drained. I am loving it... Although my kids daycare bill is getting a little more expensive due to that. The night blinds has definitely kicked in at 125, but veins are popping and strength is definitely gaining. You know when others come up and ask how much weight that is and what are you doing then something is working. I also love see a little guy or girl get on a treadmill thinking that they will look good and run a ton longer just make them feel like shit because they had to quit or slow down..lol... Love it.

Shoulder is feeling little better but still not straight benching, pushups, or shoulder raises with it.

you are good with 3 caps of oxandrovar a day bro... if that was your sweet spot on primobol then it is likely the same with oxandrovar... im very happy to see your results and that you are very happy with them... keep up the excellent work and keep the updates coming...

alright just got through the entire bottle of S4 today I was taking right around 100-125mg a day and yes I had some pretty bad night blindness, but it really did not mind it. I will tell everyone when the night blindness is gone. This will help people determine how long it took for me to regain my night vision. I have lost today date 17 pounds with Primo Dex and now OX and gain some good strength. I have to say I gain more on helladrol cycle, but still satisfied with my increase with the primo. The more I think about it..... if my shoulder was not banged up I would gain the some or more. I guess I will not know.. I base my strength gain soldly on bench press.. I know you should do that but that's what I do for strength. I think I will push the OX up to four pills a day to see how it feels and my body reacts to it. I am not sure how long I need to do 4 pills to justify the outcome. SUGGESTIONS?

I am taking 4 pills of the OX for the last couple of days and I have been getting some massive cramps in my legs and biceps. Looking to regain the strong feeling that I had with Primo Dex. Should is still bugging me which really sinks, but it is slowly getting better. My cardio is lacking the last few days due cramping or lost of drive or little of both. I need to get that drive back maybe going hard for the last 2 months have slowly broken me down. screw that idea... I just need to kick myself in the ass fight through this bullshit I am feeling right now. I have a PUSH lifting day so that mean my triceps, chest, shoulders, and little bit of abs for scheduled for today.

Did you get better results from the primo than you are getting from the ox? I'm debating between the two.
 
The compounds seem pretty similar but felt stronger with primo Dex... I would recommend 3 to 4 pills a day or substitute a extra pill of epi
 
Iam impressed how you keep pushing yourself and working through it. Great job man! You certainly have the guts just stay healthy. Those days you do go lighter or have off are needed by everyone to recover and grow. Keep it up bro!

Did you experience any pumps with the Ox or did you use Taurine?
 
I used taurine most of the time until I ran out and yes I had some pumps.. I believe that is what made my running harder for me

I would start the Clomid just as soon as the Oxandrovar runs out. No reason to wait for it when you are ready to start recovering

okay its been a few days since my last post.. I am in my PCT right now and I am feeling pretty really good. I was able to do some straight bar bench yesterday with a little weight on the bar (315lbs) it hurt my shoulder a little bit, but nothing like before...Cant wait to start throwing up the weight again on bench. I was hoping to complete in the Iowa Games this summer, but I think my should wont be ready. I hoping the MK is helping this out.. I think it is. I started MK about two weeks back to get it in my system before my PCT started. My veins are still popping which makes me pretty pumped while I am working out... Love seeing that!! My calf and quad pumps are slowly going away which is a huge plus when I am running. I started doing a couple of miles for warm up and then work out and then once I get home go for another 2 mile ran. I believe this is helping/shocking my system increase weight loss/stamina. I think ... ya I am addicted to working out again... LOVE IT.

Products right now:
clomid 50 (2 pills am)
MK 25ml (am)
N2guard 4 pills (2am and 2pm)
HCgenerate 5 pills (3am and 2 pm)
GW 20-30ml (15ml in am 10 to 15ml right before working out)
Keto burn 3 pills (1 before each main meal)

Liqdex AI (.5 ml am and 1ml pm ED) slowly taping it off to just .5 ED then .5 EOD-that the plan

cardio before lifiting is a no no buddy.

clomid,hcgen,n2G is fine for pct.

Strength is still increasing and stamina is ok, but my weight loss is the biggest thing. I am not really trying but it is melting off. I am down 30lbs now.
