Giving up Roids, how hard is it really

Nelson Montana said:
It's not that hard -- about as tough as giving up pussy. If you got laid once you wouldn't need to do it again, would you?

This is exactly how it is! I think of my next cycle almost as much as pussy :licker:

Begging the question....

it's simple to say you are going off... but when you go from 242 to 216 2 years later... oh, you'll re think it.

If you go from 242 to 216 in two years training naturally, it stands to reason your 242 weight was created by the steroids and cannot be maintained naturally.

This is a personal issue for each of us, but do you really want to be X size if your body isn't meant to be that big naturally? That means you must live off steroids to keep it.

Sometimes, an honest 216 you don't need chemicals to keep is better (in the long run) than a 242 you have to inject to keep (with all the risks that involves).

Frankly, show me a person with a lean 216 who doesn't look damn impressive anyway.

As far as how hard is is to go off gear?
Low self esteem - Very hard.
High self esteem - No problem.

This is a really good answer. Makes me wanna ask though, how many of you guys had low self esteem/confidence before using AAS, and now afterwards, have more than enough self esteem/confidence for one person? I myself wouldnt say I had *low* self esteem/confidence ,but it could have been a little better. But the results Ive gotten from AAS has defenitely increased my self esteem/confidence while on *and* off.

Exactly. And show me a peron who's 5'8" and 242 and I'll show you someone who looks over-stuffed, bloated and every chick you ask will think he's just a fat guy.
