giving blood and training.....

I'm sure you could ask where ever you go to give blood!

I'd give right before your longest rest period, but I don't think their's anyway of getting around the slow recover.

I agree, I'm not for giving blood unless its someone close to me..

I'm not Blood giver. Especially since I'm O negative. They would never leave me alone. Was considering it but doubt ill do it. I'm reading 5-10 days depending on the person to fully feel back to normal in the gym. Fuck that shit.

24 hour. i know this because i gave blood before a track meet once and needed to know. Take a bunch of b vitamins, etc, and eat a lot that day and the next day youll be fine. At least that's my experience, and what i''ve been told before.

I give every 65-70 days. I usually before a cardio day, that way it gives me a extra day before I lift again. Givings not for everyone, but it's something I do because I can. I don't think it fu%+# with the cycling too bad. Lol, but then what do I know.

They say no working out for 24 hours. If my blood donation falls on a work out I drink more fluids and work out later at night.
