hey bro's, im on week 9 of my deca/EQ cycle, and i ran out of pins. i ordered some two weeks ago, and figured they'd be here by now(just got my email notification that theyve been shipped) but against my better judgement, i re-used a pin. i know this was a dumb thing to do, but i dont want to miss a week. so i bit the bulllet and shot it. i emptied out the needle completely and swabbed it like a muthafucka with alcohol. it hurt like a bitch going in, and bled like a bitch coming out. its still a lil swollen, but no absess(sp?) yet. doesnt hurt anymore either. ive been swabbin the site regularly with alcohol, but im sure the bad stuff happens on the inside. wish me luck. oh, yeah-anyone dumb enough to have done this? opinons appreciated.

if you have any antibiotics you might want to go ahead and start.. you may be lucky and not get one.. take the antibiotics just in case.. chances are... you're probably more likely than not to get one.. i did.. same dumb choice, same dumb reason, some time ago...

i can remember days when i reused pins too, but i wouldnt do it again thats for sure....

I have never had to reuse a syringe… You probably will be ok though…

I use all UG gear and though I trust my source, I keep antibiotics on hand just in case… Never had to use em but one can never be over prepared. The good thing is it is perfectly legal to purchase them..

oh my God, you reused a needle? I hope you have insurance because you're going to lose your leg.

In reality all these helpful hints on how to disinfect the pin are likely to introduce things on/in it that you don't want in your body. So long as you reshield-ed it after shooting, using a second time is about as likely to give you an infection of anything as you are to win the lottery.

Never reuse a pin EVER! Just wait it out and remember next time to not make the mistake of reordering them any time close to when you are gonna run out of them. A few days of not injecting AAS agents will not cause any muscle loss, trust me on that.

I know a dude that ran 10ccs seperate with one needle! (back in the day when pins were harder than gear to obtain.)

O.K. I understand being a little worried, and I have always used new pins but heres a fact for you. I have a bro that would Re-Use pins 4-5 times each until they were DULL. and I dont think he as much as wiped them off. He did this throughout 2 full cycles and NEVER got an infection or and absess. Now I am in no way condoning doing this but I mean come on if he could do this dozens of times I dont think I would be overly worried about once. I also have a bro that I have mentioned a few times on these boards that is an Ex-Heroin addict and used needles sometimes 30+ times and never as much as even blew off the needle, I watched this guy get water from a puddle in the road after a rain one time because he was in such bad withdrawl and didn't want to wait for sterile water. He was telling me that he knows dozens of junkies that have never as much as touched an alcohol pad and re-use Dull, Bent, Broken pins you name it. I would be willing to think that a heroin addict wouldn't have a better immune system than an athletic individule that is in the gym 6 days a week. This is ALL 100% True, and where once again I am in NO WAY Saying to be careless and do anything as crazy as this, I do think that you may be a little overly paranoid. Dont doubt it bro. A couple months ago Big Kracker made a post about this very same thing, and notable bros second the post. If you eat any type of food from the grocery store, you are probably gonna get some dye in you. As far as copper, you can get copper supplements at GNC.
