Hi in 2 months i will be turning 19. i am 5'8, 140lbs and about 6-7% bf. i have been training for about 3 years, dieting for about 1. i am lean but in good shape with a decent amount of balanced muscle. i have only used multivitamins, protein, and kre-alkalyn. i am looking for an increase in hunger but most definitely an increase in lean muscle mass. i was wondering if you guys have any recommendations on a cycle of ghrp-6 and mod gfr-129. would this be safe at my age? sides? how long should i do it? dosage? igf-1 lr3? i was thinking...
ghrp-6/mod gfr-129 100mcg sub-q each 3x a day for 12 weeks. what do you guys think. some sites i have seen 1mcg/kg? any insight would be great!
also, i know nobody can make recommendations for steroids, but if Ostarine is a SARM and not a steroid would it be safe for a 19 year old. some places say no suppression but iv been seeing alot of people saying they have gotten blood work and that it is definitely suppressive. is this dose dependent, is it even safe for a 19yo?
