Gh, insulin, igf-l? How much mass will these add to your physique?

Regarding ATLmuscles statement that GH cause hyperplasia (creation of more muscle tissue) and stronger ligaments and joints and AAS is mostly responsible for muscle hypertrophy. What would be the effect of donig GH alone for 4 months, then off for 4 months, then on again for 4 months. So two 4 months cycles of GH in year one to cause hyperplasia.
Then starting with AAS for a couple of cycles in year 2.
Since you created more muscle tissue during year one, would it be prudent to assume that when you started your hypertrophy stage in year two you'd see better results than when previously using AAS.
I know this seems like a more of a long term plan than just getting big during the winter then cutting up for the summer. I'm older now and tend to think more it terms of years rather than just months.

Thus far I have only used GH with AAS, except for using GH post cycle for one month. I'm just finishing "building the Perfect Beast" and I highly reccomend it for any advanced gear users. I, like many, had gootten into the habit of doing some rather lengthy cycles. In BTPB the author suggests "phase cycling," in a nutshell doing one month of AAS and one month off, with non-AAS growth factors, like IGF1, GH, PGF2a. THere is alot more to it than that summary I've given, but in the off month, a good anabloic non-AAS cycle would be GH/insulin/T3. In your case, two months at a time, I would not personally not use insulin for more thant one month. (I want to get fucking freaky, but I don't want to be a diabetic when I get there!) The idea is maximum muscle mass gain over time, as you've pointed out. I've always said, "Anyone can get big on anabolic steroids. The trick is to keep the gains, and then get bigger still." That is the intent of phase cycling.

Well I read your post about phase cycling, and this really interests me, as Im about to begin using Gh and low-dose slin. So Ive been tossing around a few ideas. For mass, the classic dbol/deca/test is unbeatable for many, but if youre only runnin short 4 weekers of AAS, we both know something like deca & test cyp/enanthate would barely be kicking in. So how about something like this?
GH-6 month run, 4iu daily

Slin-no more than 10iu daily, 4 weeks on 4 weeks off, in between 4 week AAS runs.

T3-25mcg 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off, in between 4 week AAS cycles

Dbol/NPP/Test Prop-for 1st 4 week run, bulking-type cycle.
(do this twice probably)

Then the next time my 4 weeks of AAS comes up, switch to more of a cuttting/lean mass style for a couple of go-rounds, maybe:
Tren Ace/Prop/Winny

These are all just ideas youve got going in my head, but the logic seems sound. Any input is appreciated.
