Hi everyone this my first time here and I had a question for you guys. I do fitness and body building since january of this year, I haven't been able to work out and diet with 100% discipline because I didn't have the time, now, I have free time and I want to get into it seriously and start competing as amateur, so here is my question: my goal is to get to look as close as trish warren and I was wondering is that can be achieved without the use of any anabolic or steroids, just training hard and eating right? steroids are something i would never consider using, thanks for answers.
