There is an oly based complex I read about somewhere that does a number on the traps/upper back. You may want to try it. It consists of 3 exercises done in a superset fashion.
Snatch-grip high pulls x6 reps
Clean-grip high pulls x6 reps
Scapular retraction rows x6 reps

About a year ago I bought a kettlebell and worked out with only it for the next 6 months very boring and I quickly got too strong for it but at the end I noticed how much bigger my traps and erectors were from all the olympic movements.
