Getting Tested?how To Beat It?sets And Cheat Days?

I have a few questions to ask all of you...I play football in college and am on my third cycle..It is fina, winny, and aratest...It will be running about 12 weeks long about half way into June. We don't get tested unitl about November or December. My previous two cycles were sust., then I did clen, aratest, and winny. My one question is how long do steriods stay in your system for? If I were to stop in June and got tested for the NCAA in Nov/Dec would they be Potient enough that they could tell? When should I stop if I knew when I was going to get tested like how long shoudl I take off....

Also is there any good supplements out there that, flush the body out to help "covering" up the roids, or is there any tricks that I can use while getting tested...

Lastly, I was talking with a guy in my gym we were discussing how many sets to do for each body part while on the juice, and if it is good to have a cheat day and if so when and how ofter...Just some random questions hope to hear from yallll...GET BIGGGG
 
Cheat days are usually referred to while dieting however based on your post it seems like you're trying to bulk up. If bulking most people generally don't eat "clean" unless they have trouble with fat gain so there is no need for a cheat day. If you tend to put on fat easy then perhaps you should eat cleanly all week and then have one day where you can indulge a bit. Just don't binge for the hell of it or you will put on excess fat. That of course is assuming you're not an ectomorph in which case every day should definately be a cheat day.
