getting tested for work, safe supplements?

I’m looking for some safe supplements that can help me Get more gains. And feel better with more energy, but something that won’t Get me busted at work.
I work in a field where they do test us randomly every 4 to 5 months. So I don’t want to take anything that might get flagged. We’re not allowed to take anything that our drug related.
