Can anyone request a great workout routine/plan to get stronger. What are the best supplements to take and workout to use. All legal stuff only! Thanks.
if you're concerned about getting stronger then take a trip over to the powerlifting board and consider getting into that. there is no better supplement than food. you've gotta eat if you want to be strong.
Techniques that I use are simple. Train heavy and go to failure!!
This can be failure at 7,5, or 3 reps. If you do not train to failure, how will you know how strong you really are?
