over the summer i really busted my ass on a cutting type diet...i lost about 6 lbs...went from 131 to 125 (i'm 5'6'')...anyways, i don't know if i did the cut for far too long and i was shocking my body anymore or what but i've noticed that lately i seem softer than i used to...is it possible that i haven't been eating enough and lost my muscle?? gosh, i hope not...i just feel that i was harder whenever i weighed in at about 130...who knows?? this whole thing is so complicated...my boyfriend is a big time fitness buff and works at a body building supplements store...he seems to think i wasn't eating enough to maintain the muscle i had...just wanted a girl's opinion...let me have it...i'm desperate...katie
