i have noticed i am getting the shakes when i workout and i feel like i will pass out. i already eat carbs with every meal because i get hypoglycemic. i am eating 6 small meals per day spread out. the first one being oats with berries and milk. and the last is usually baked fish with veggies and potatoes. pretty healthy diet. i also drink coffee after breakfast. doctors are of no help to me so need help here.
