I just got back from 20 minutes of HIIT. My puppy loves it. Even when I'm sprinting as hard as I can, he's in front of me. It's nice to wear us both out before bed.

The dog runs like a rabbit and I'm pretty sure he has some sort of unending energy source of some source. My husband will run with Gizmo until he's completely exhausted and the puppy is always ahead and ready for more.

It's nice to take advantage of weather without snow and work out outdoors!
