Getting rid of Tummy Fat?

Hey girls.
I have a question.
How can I get rid of my belly fat.
im about 5 feet tall and 106 pounds.
my waist is 28 inches.
I want a flat tummy and smaller waist.
Does anybody have any advice.
What should I be eating. and avoiding.
What workouts should I do?
I dont want to lose weight my goal is to be atleast 110.
 
Well you can't spot reduce bodyfat from one particular area, excluding surgery.

You'd lose fat from all over, really....And based on being female, etc.....that area may be the last place you'd lose fat from...
 
do this..in order:

1 - STFU
2 - Train
3 - keep carbs to 100 grams
4 - Protein to 125 grams
5 - snack on healthy fats
6 - HIIT cardio 3x per week
7 - Cardio Breeze and YES
 
Im not on a strict diet at all right now.
I pretty much eat anything but avoid chips and sweet foods.
I drink a protein shake atleast 2-3 x's a day.
I weight train usually 3 x's a week,
I had stopped doing cardio since I wanted to gain muscle so all I have been pretty much doing is weight training.
I have started to workout my abs with different kinds of ab crunches, like the bicycle ones.

You can work out your abs all you want to but if you don't drop body fat, you'll never see them! Oh I was sad to learn that. Lots of ab work was easier than a clean diet.

Shadow's right. Watch your carbs, keep your protein up, and go for healthy fats. After a week or so of eating that way you'll probably be used to it. I've always found that my skin looked better eating like that too.

HIIT is nice because it's so quick and don't fret about doing cardio right now because it sounds like you want to cut-- and you can't really bulk to maintain while you're cutting to lose fat. All you can do is keep your calories and protein up enough to maintain the muscle you have now. ;)
