Okay, well to start, I'll tell you how I am now:

I'm 6ft tall and about 155lbs. Really, I'm not a thick guy. Kinda thin. But the problem is, I look fat. Not from the side [look thin from the side] but I look fat from the front. Like I'm not toned at all.

What I want:

Not neccassarily abs but a flatter stomach. I want to look a little tighter.

I know eating is right so I posted here. I eat alot of pork, chicken, pizza. I have recently cut soda out due to stomach problems so I have been drinking mainly water or something like Siera Mist.

Now I was wondering if someone could help me with a schedule. Here is my normal day:

6am: Wake up.
7am: School [note, usually no breakfast]
About 11am: Lunch [thats if I bother to eat]
2pm: Home
2pm - 5:30pm: Little activity
5:45 pm: Dinner
11pm: Bed

I do very little activity other than school and walking around the house. I don't eat to healthy either. But I have lost weight [due to being sick]. I would like to get in better shape. I have a bicycle but no weights and dont think I can get some.

Could someone help me out with what I should do? I don't really like running but I will bike. And if so, how much and how long? I don't really wanna count carbs or anything. Just want a basic idea of what foods to eat and what not to eat.

U dont necessaily need weights.. u can use your body for resistence if you have nothing else..
