Getting cut

Hey everyone,

I've been reading the stuff on this site for a while and I liked it, so I decided to join up. I've been working out a lot for about five years now. I'm 5'10" and 183 lbs. I don't know what my body fat percentage is, but it's not too high. I figure if I lost 10 pounds of fat I'd be totally ripped. I eat fairly well during the week, but on weekends I tend to drink a bit and eat a few things I shouldn't. I'm thinking about doing some clen to try to lose this last ten pounds. What do you all think? Is this a good route to go? Is there a better way? Is there anything I should be stacking it with? Also, what's the best type of diet to follow to get lean without sacrificing muscle mass? Thanks.

Have you tried diet and cardio? Clen is not a casual diet drug bro.
 
why not just diet and cardio and when you hit a platue maybe throw in a ECA stack. stop cheating on diet on the weekends that's whats going to be killing you right now. no clen not worth it
 
Clenbuterol and T3 are dangerous as fuck. The eca - ephedrine - caffeine - aspirin stack is the MOST you would need, just tighten up the diet, cardio and training and you can get the extra fat off.
 
i agree -- I did the drinking every fri and sat for a few years -- and I got NO WHERE>.. I saw gains during the week, then I went back to square one on that next monday -- drop the drinking, and you will see a big diff....
 
I JUST posted a new thread about this very thing a day or two ago,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, if you are going out drinking and eating bad, and it does not matter if it is light beer, still all empty carbs,,,,,,,, DO NOT TRY TO FIX EXCESS BF WITH DRUGS................... you can not be ripped like you want and still eat wings and drink beer every week... just does not work that way............ so most want to do what they want and look how they want so they turn to risky drugs and double the risk with bad diet and alcohol and guess what some have complacations or worse die........ then the media jumps on how evil steroids and related drugs are...... they are not dangerous if used right, but wanna be cheaters give us all a bad name..... thats why we are where we are toady......

just diet and train you want to be ripped then do it ,, not that hard to do really... im done with this topic..................................

Couldnt agree more.... Cant have your cake and eat it too... Certain sacrificies have to be made in order to reach your goal, whatever it may be... I dont care what drugs you use...You arent going to look like arnold drinking and eating fast food everyday... Diet is 90% of your gains and when you get that in check you will see results... no SUBSTITUTE
 
I hate to say it but the responses so far are right. Some people that are predisposed to low bodyfat can get away with drinking and staying lean but most of us that want to lose fat can't. Trust me, I love beer as much as anybody and probably more than most, but I can see the difference when I drink much of it. That isn't to say you can't have any, but drinking a ton of it on weekends will absolutely curtail your quest for ripped-ness!
