Getting body composition today---finally!!

Well ladies, at 1:30, my bf% and what I am made of will finally be known. I'm pretty excited to jump in that big vat-o-water and get pinched and prodded with all of the finest instruments that OSU has to offer.

Don't worry, I won't keep y'all in suspense for too long. Calm down Spatts, I know you're excited too.

yeah, those I took those pics on Thursday so I could have something to compare when I get my bf% done at the end of the quarter. They were crappy, but I wanted current ones and that was the only camera I had.

All right kids, here's the sad news:

All I have to say is TIME TO GET A NEW SCALE!!! I stepped on mine this morning and it said I weighed 127 . Of course, I paid $20 for the thing, so I guess I shouldn't complain.

Everything's a little higher then I would have liked, but no major surprises. This is the first time I've gotten one of these done, so we'll see what she looks like 8 weeks from now!!! Woo-hoo!

The bod pod was fun, but the underwater stuff was not. I had to come up twice without a reading.

Spatts, the girl who did me's name was Tracy, with the initials TG. Do you know her?

Yes, the bod pod reading was higher then everything else, but she said that it was probably due to the fact that I was wearing a thick bathing suit.

Too bad she didn't know I slathered the inside of the suit with lard and soaked it in olive oil before I got into the pod. Hahahahaha, another trainer fooled.

the bod pod was 30 I think, and the calipers were around 21 or 22. I can't remember because she just gave me a run off of all the averages.
