So... here I go again....
Im 25, female, 5'1 and 163 pounds, I havent seriously worked out in a long time (about 6 months)
I now work 4pm, to midnight and the gym at my apt (which is the only one I have access to) is open 8am to 9pm, they also have a pool, the only problem is their gym sucks ass and only has 5 lifting machines, 1 treadmill, 2 elliptical and 1 bike, the machines they have are attached, the very last one attached actually sticks and it doesnt push right
My goal is 115-120 pounds and once I reach that than to start cutting a bit and start lowering BF instead of weight, but gotta loose the very obvious fat before i can even think of looking better.
As per sups, the only one I have now is Venevol, which is real good for more energy in work outs, but I havent been working out in months.
I went to the gym today and did 25 minutes of cardio in the eliptical, I had to lunge off the machine because I was really close to throwing up, heart rate was above 180 :s I was on an empty stomach... I felt so bad I couldnt do anything else, took me like 10 minutes to lower the heart beat feeling in my throat.
Clearly I have a poor physical condition and a shitty gym (has no free weights either), my diet? dont get me started I am changing it right now, I am going to cut any carb that comes from flower, as per eating, I've seen the sample diets and clean shopping list, I knwo what I should eat... what I dont know is when given my 4-12 schedule, im usually in bed by 1am and waking up at 10am, if anyone is in the mood to tell me what to eat when I will follow it to the letter
Im also going to try to drink half a gallon or more of water a day, will make me pee sooo much but I want to work my way up to the gallon.
I do have some questions, how much as per min and max should my heart rate be when doing cardio?
Is it ok or counter productive to take a nap/go back to sleep after working out? (sometimes my dogs wake me up earlier so i can workout earlier if i sleep a little more after)
Any things I should avoid due to my schedule?
how much cardio should I do and when do i want to do it? (before or after lifting_
recommendations on using those machines? (reps, quantity, speed and weight, I can do almost 50lbs on most those machines)
Any info is appreciated
