Getting back in the game

Hello everyone

I am not completely new to anabolics. However my experience is limited. I have done sus250 and Testosterone Propionate. I liked the fast lean results from the propionate, but not the frequent shots in the ass. In addition the propionate hurt for days after injection. My cycle was going good with no side affects with the propionate until i upped my dose to 3.5ml every other day and i got acne real bad. I had to take the med Doxycycline in order to correct it. I dont want to go through that again and i learned a very valuable lesson.

So here i am now 38 years old and i want to jump start my results. I haven't been to the gym in years. I need help with constructing a strict anabolic schedule. I want to get lean mass like the propionate without the frequent painful doses. I want to do injectables as well. I need a complete cycle with pct and antiestrogen therapy. Can anyone help me out?

Here are some stats about me:
38 years old
5'7"
175
extremely handsome(joking)

Thanks in advance.

You haven't been to the gym in years and want to jump start your results eh? Sounds like a good way to get yourself hurt my friend. Plus 3.5ml eod is way too much, no wonder you got acne. I'm not going to even ask your BF because I think you should hold off on the sauce and concentrate on constructing a strict training regimen as well as diet first, just my .2 cents bro. At the very least you need to bring the dose down big time.

Get back training for 6-12 months minimum

In all honesty, you really need to get at least a year of focused training and diet in before even considering gear. This will give your tendons and joints a chance to get back into action and firm up your base. It would be dangerous just to jump on AAS at this point.

As others have said you should get some solid training and a good base built back up before thinking about a cycle. Muscle memory is a wonderful thing, and I suggest you take advantage of those easy gains while you can

your not going to get any different opinions than the ones your getting bro... i think your question has been answered...

Ditto echoing the above.... You're leaving gains on the table and putting yourself at risk of injury (and losing any gains you make) by not going at least 6 months "natty" getting your routine and diet regimen back into place.
