I rarely get intense muscle pumps like allota folks do. It's not like I don't train hard or anything. I do take a good amount rest between each set so I can lift as much weight as I can, so perhaps this prevents me from getting that huge pump we all love. I particularly have a hard time getting them in my biceps.
I do two exercise per muscle, 3 sets, 8-10 reps per set.
Any ideas why I'm not getting a good pump?
