Just recently, this 16 year old went to my office with his mom. He failed the physical of a military school, been 6´1´´ and 125lbs... He gained 25 lbs in 6 weeks with just 100mg Deca/ week, 20mg Ox/day, hypercaloric diet, short intense resistance, no aerobic training and lots of rest. We got him in, his mom gave me flowers.
She gave me flowers for juicing her son up, LOL. I loved this.

but from a bodybuilding perspective, do you think the gains are more pronounced when you have trained for a while? For instance i am pllaning to do this once i reach 300 bench (25 lbs to go) - 400 squat ( 45 lbs to go) and 500 deadlift (45 lbs to go) being 205 at about 16% bodyfat. Do you think it would accelerate my progress, with ability to make natural progress after the cycle is over, or train naturally for a while?
 
It depends on one´s reaction, but of course sides are milder on such conservative dosages. Tamoxifen is not mandatory ( at hand is OK) and hair loss only in prone people ( as always, btw...). Clomid, however, will be necessary.
 
It´s rare to see someone achieve such a high performance status before juicing, congrats.
Hypertrophy is an adaptive response to an overload.Every aspect of this process will be enhanced with AAS use,but you cannot expect this to be lasting forever. By now you are very near your genetic limits, AAS will push you beyond them, but I won´t lie, it´s hard to keep gains . You can always keep some each cycle, but gaining naturally over what you have gained juicing is too much to ask.
 
I have a friend who went from 155 lbs and 5% bodyfat to 175 and 7% bodyfat at 5'5. When he got off any cycles, he could not gain any weight on his exercises for almost a year, and finally he is progressing naturally. However he has kept that special thickness that juice gives you.... traps.... shoulders... triceps are very pronounced. Well will see what is going to happen. I may diet down so that the gains are more pronounced and not just blubs of bloated mass.
 
I`m getting psyched just reading rev`s and rio`s dialogue. damn One day it`ll be my turn. lol At 35 yo I need the help.

Yea Gl, imagine those traps curling high to the side of your neck, your shoulders acquiring those "cups", thus making them stand out further from the budy, accentuating the v shape, the upper chest being filled out with that thickness look thus covering the sternum, arms getting those special shoulder cuts that are so hard to achieve naturally, back getting those deep curves in it. Steroids don't just help you pack regular mass that you would have achieved naturally, they completely transform your body if used properly and with good natural base, which you by the way obviously have.

That`s it! I`m going to lift RIGHT NOW. It`s almost 1 AM here. lol

"good natural base" "you already have" Dude thanks, but the pictures, they lie my friend.

Anyway I`m not ready just yet, but in time I WILL BE asking on the anabolic board for a good AND LOW DOSE lol first cycle. I can`t hack it anymore with my own lazyass test.

I too think a low dose will do me fine. I don`t want to do wonders just "help". YOU know what I mean?
 
but you do have that muscle maturity that only comes with time and proper heavy and consistent training. I can't imagine what would happen to you if you hit very low dose cycle, witha proper blood panel done before and during the cycle, with all the protection etc, ie doing it very intelligently and not just blindly injecting foreign substance into your body. I think if you get your squat up to part iwth your upper body lifts you will definetely qualify for a bit help. And I agree, we don't need a lot, just instead of a small step make a little hop, recover, and progress up up up

But I´m conservative.

I was beginning to think everyone was fooled into thinking 500mg is the bare minimum.
