I just got something from them for Vascularity it's called Armageddon, it's supposed to contain HydroTrans What ever that is, I just wanted to know if somebody here has taken it before for vascularity and hardness.
Hydrotrans is nothing more then glycerol. Save your money. You could get the exact same thing by buying a cheap stand alone glycerol supplement.
glycerol has a mild hydrating effect. This is based on the fact that glycerol has an ability to hold onto water. Glycerol is commonly added to protein bars to improve the texture of the bars.
Glycerol might have some merit for long distance endurance runners who have a severe risk of becoming dehydrated but for your typical athlete who trains 60-120 minutes per day, glycerol really isn't going to do much. It also has 4 calories/gram so it's not calorie free.
