German Volume Training

I was reading some stuff about German Volume Training and much mass and strength it could put on you in only six weeks. Anybody have any experience with this
 
If that's the 10 sets of 10 reps routine, I tried it, it was a good change for my body but I don't think I really gained any mass from it.
 
If you are going to do it, do it right. Do some research, and find the program on the net. Everyone who has followed the program to a T has seen great results w/ it.
 
I did it back in high school. It was a long time ago i think i gained some strength from it, but i never found it to be muscularly diverse enough for me. actually looking back on my progress it did work great, but it could of been the program or it could of been the fact that i was young and i was regaining mass.
 
I wrote up a german volume training program for my cousin based on my experience with it and he has been living off this system for almost 4 months.There are two variations he has been using.Currently:
Day 1:Shoulders/Arms
1A)Standing Barbell Presses 10x10
1B)Standing Barbell Curls 10x10
Day 3:Legs/Low Back
1A)Back Squats 10x10
1B)Lying Leg Curls/Stiff Legged Deadlifts 5x10 ea.
Day 5:Chest/Lats
1A)Bench Presses 10x10
1B)Pronated Chins/Supinated Chins 5x10 ea.
He said he does a few sets of abs and/or calves at the end of each session.After 4-6 weeks of the 10 sets of 10's, he adds some weight and does 10 sets of 5 reps.He has experienced some significant hypertrophy during the 10's and a fair amount of strength/endurance from the 5's.I can support his statement of adding bodyweight after the cycle of 10's.I never gained alot of weight from doing german volume training, but it was an interesting program.
 
10 sets of 10 rocks.. i've been using it for my biceps recently.. I was thinking about doing it for triceps too.. what would 2 good tricep excercises for it
