Meal 2- half a chicken breast
Meal 3- Atkins bar
Meal 4- salad
Meal 5- YOU WANT FIVE MEALS??? YOU PIG! YOU'LL NEVER BE LIKE GERI!!!!! PUT THAT FORK DOWN AND GET OUT OF THE KITCHEN!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, to get like Geri, you don't even really need to train. She has no muscle anyway, so just diet. A lot. Notice I'm not recommending this, I'm just saying that she's not a buff babe with curves, and doesn't have a body that's remarkable in any way except for being able to fit into really small clothes.
