hi there, just looking for a little advice.

im 26yr old, sit around 83 kg im 6.2 feet tall, i did an 8 week deca and sustanon 250 course 3 years ago. got some good gains but not as good as my training partner, who didn't have a very good diet.

iv been looking into hgh i know its going to be expensive and hard to get my hands on,. but is it the way to go. or should i even mix it up with some sus.


i find it hard for some reason to get gains. my training program is good i train hard but dont get the gains like other people i train around.

basically i want some good gains and keep them and want to know a good formula to use.

if you can afford it sure. make sure to use it with roids, not alone.
 
If you diet isn't great than the GH will be a waste. JMO
 
it prolly depends on the person i know guy who has been on growth for motnsh and months now without any thing else andc eats like shit and is still shredded at 6'2 260 lbs
 
sounds like yoyr doin gear cos gains are hard for you...?? gear wont fix that, it'll put you in the mindset that you need it to gain muscle and you dont wanna be in that place

I think HGH is awesome,,,but definitely for the more advanced experienced user.
For sheer muscle gains,,your money is better spent with a solid AAS cycle.
 
At your age I agree with ALIN.

And Have a Good diet running also as steroids speed up the absorpion of protein.


You need at least 2 grams for every pound of bodyweight.

thanks for the tips guys, you are right i do have heaps of trouble getting gains. just putting on weight at all is hard. i eat very healthy,but i eat shit loads. my job is a bricklayer so i think im burning it off all day when i'm at work. do you think it could be because of my job i find it hard to gain, as my mussels are always working.
 
Yes it sounds like your body is canabolizing the muscle for energy. You are not eating enough carbs in the AM and lunch meal to cover your bodies needs. How many cals, carbs, proteins and fats are you eating?
There are many guys on this site that have a tremendous amount of knowledge and are more than happy to help you reach your goals and GH is just not going to get you what you are looking for!
