I wanted to put together a chart of mg’s based on certain peoples goals. Thought this was fun to put together. Maybe you guys can do a podcast on it or something? Here are my thoughts:
100mgs a week TRT
250mgs a week sports TRT
500mgs a week beginner cycle
1000mgs a week moderate cycle for bulking/recomp
2000mgs a week advanced gym rat cycle
3000mgs a week competition cycle
5000mgs a week pro cycle
anything on this list you would change or adjust? I’m at level 2 right now. Just doing sports trt. And I’m 23 years old. Gonna move on to level 3 and 4 over the next 2 years. My goal is to look like Sam Sulek.
